Do I need a Woodovis Park Cancellation Plan?

Though not compulsory, many visitors appreciate the peace of mind our plan gives them. It’s great value, with cover starting from as little as &pound15. (Full tariff below.)

How does it work?

You can only buy the cancellation plan at the time of booking or within 7 days of booking.

If you cancel your holiday 7 days or more >beforeyour arrival date, you receive a full refund minus the cancellation plan charge.

If you cancel your holiday 6 or fewer days before your arrival date, you receive a 50% refund less the cancellation plan charge.

What am I covered for?

1. The death, bodily injury, illness or admission to hospital as an in-patient to you or any other member of your party or immediate family where the cancellation is certified as medically necessary by a medical practitioner. (Excluding pets)
2. Redundancy qualifying for payment under any applicable statute of any person in your party
3. You or a person in your party being required for compulsory jury or witness service in a Court of Law in proceedings to be undertaken in the time between their leaving home to start the holiday and returning home after the holiday.

The legal stuff – definitions

‘Immediate family’ means the partner, child, grandchild, brother, sister, parent or grandparent of you or a person in your party.

‘Qualified Medical Practitioner’ means a doctor or specialist who is registered or licensed to practise medicine under the laws of the country in which they practise.

How do I cancel and claim my refund?

If you need to cancel for a qualifying reason contact us immediately by phone, then by email or letter.

We’ll acknowledge your cancellation and ask for the relevant documentary evidence to be sent.

We promise to deal with the claim swiftly and pay you within 30 days of receiving the required documentary evidence, subject to your claim being valid under the terms of the plan.

We stayed in the cottage at Woodovis and it’s quite possibly one of the best places we’ve stayed in. It smelled lovely when we arrived and was very clean. There was a welcome gift for both us and our dogs which was a really nice touch. The cottage has it’s own little garden with beautiful roses growing, it’s perfect if you have dogs, it’s nice to be able to let them have a similar freedom to what they would have at home.

A gem hidden down the end of a beautiful long entrance road. Peaceful and relaxing with lots of wildlife to see. Facilities are of a high standard a shop that has everything you’re likely to need. Wardens are very friendly and welcoming, this was our 3rd stay and we will keep returning!
